This group has built and deployed AI systems inside the most demanding financial institutions and understands the rigor, trust and governance required to operate in regulated markets.

AIR’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team exists to help institutions safely and effectively adopt AI powered credit intelligence. Working closely across sales product engineering and customers the team translates advanced AI and credit capabilities into measurable business impact. GTM partners directly with risk compliance, privacy and security stakeholders to ensure deployments meet the highest standards while building long term trusted relationships with the firms that shape global capital markets. Target customers include private credit firms, asset managers, banks, insurers, and corporates with large counterparty exposure.

About the role

As a Founding AE at AIR Platforms you will work directly with a who’s who of leaders across financial services and private credit including CEOs, CROs, CIOs Portfolio Managers, Heads of Research, Credit Analyst and senior risk and investment decision makers. You will also work closely with AIR’s Founders including the CEO, CTO and CAIO as a core member of the leadership team shaping GTM strategy, customer engagement and company direction. You will own opportunities end-to-end, from initial executive engagement through close, with direct founder support on complex and strategic deals.

This role blends executive level relationship management, deep credit domain engagement and enterprise sales execution. You will collaborate closely with AIR’s founders product and engineering teams to design deployments that deliver measurable impact in regulated environments while helping define how a new category of AI powered credit intelligence is brought to market.

Success in the first year will be defined by landing lighthouse customers, exceeding targets, building a durable executive pipeline, and helping establish repeatable go-to-market motions that scale with the business.

This role is based in New York City. AIR uses a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office. This role requires approximately 50% travel, or as required, for executive meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.

In the role you will

  • Build and own executive relationships with leaders across financial services and private credit including CEOs, CROs, CIOs, portfolio managers and heads of credit and risk
  • Drive executive introductions and first meetings with senior decision makers at target institutions
  • Lead complex multi stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in regulated and compliance driven environments
  • Partner directly with founders product and engineering to design pilots and deployments that demonstrate clear measurable business impact
  • Lead structured readout presentations that communicate insights outcomes and value to senior executives
  • Position AIR using value based selling tied to risk reduction capital preservation efficiency and decision quality
  • Translate complex AI driven credit insights into clear executive level narratives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on AI powered credit risk strategy and adoption
  • Navigate compliance security governance and procurement discussions with credibility and confidence
  • Own revenue targets pipeline development and forecast accuracy
  • Help define pricing positioning messaging and repeatable go to market motions as the company scales
  • Represent AIR Platforms at industry conferences executive forums and private credit and financial services events

You will thrive in this role if

  • You are driven by uncapped upside and have the ambition to exceed on target earnings by two to five times or more
  • You have deep experience selling complex enterprise platforms into financial services or private credit and are trusted in C suite conversations
  • You have a proven record of closing six and seven figure enterprise deals in regulated environments

  • You combine commercial instinct with intellectual curiosity about AI credit risk and financial markets
  • You can translate complex analytical output into clear compelling executive narratives
